NEW customers PLEASE READ what/how I sell:
The items I sell range in condition from shelf pulls to store returns. Some boxes may be damaged and/or missing paperwork. I test the items I sell for power only. I do not test the items for full functionality. If the item has a plug, most of the time it is tested for basic function and labeled "tested and works." I do offer a 14 day no hassle return policy (see below). Please don't purchase with the intentions of receiving a brand new item and our transaction will be very smooth. If you are not sure if something is included in the auction please ask, please don't assume it is or isn't. I do my best to describe what I see accurately but I may miss something (I am only human). If you receive your item and it is not as described, we can do a fast return and move forward.
SALES TAX: Illinois Residents are charged sales tax of 8.75% at checkout. I know, I don't like it either.
Most items I do a flat rate of $8.95 for shipping for the first auction. If you want to bid on other items and combine shipping, all additional auctions are $4.95 each. For example: purchase 5 auctions and shipping will cost $28.75 ($8.95 + $4.95 + $4.95 + $4.95 +$4.95). All auctions must end within 7 days of each other for combined shipping and must be paid together on one invoice. Ebay will automatically update the shipping costs before you pay.
All packages are shipped UPS Ground or USPS priority mail unless otherwise stated in the listing. 99.9% of all my shipments are sent within 48 hours of payment. I do shipping Monday-Friday, If you pay on Friday afternoon the package will go out Monday. Delivery can take anywhere from 1 - 6 days depending on where you live.
I do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
Tracking information can be found in the item details page after purchase and Ebay will email you the number once I print the label.
Shipping insurance: I do insure all shipments I send out.
I only ship to the confirmed address you have in ebay and PayPal.
I encourage you to ask questions! Please don't make assumptions, I will happily answer any questions you may have. In an attempt to keep normal hours (seems like selling on ebay is a 24/7 job) I will respond to emails during the hours of 8 a.m.- 3 p.m. (Central time) Monday thru Friday. Saturday and Sunday I will relax!
RETURNS - EXCHANGES - ISSUES:
If you don’t need the item or aren't 100% satisfied, please send it back for a full refund... no questions asked. I don't do partial refunds so don't even ask or "fish" (so many people out there doing feedback extortion ruined this). I really always prefer you send the item back for a full refund. I'll take the loss on the shipping charge sending it to you and buyer pays return shipping. If the item is damaged in shipping I will open a claim with UPS.
If you feel the item is not as described, please contact me before opening a case with ebay. I truly want to make every transaction with me a great experience.There will be a neon colored piece of paper in with your item that gives you the return instructions and address... basically, just write your RA# on the box and send it back and I'll refund you within 24 hours.
