FREE Domestic Shipping:
Most parts sold on Pandora's OEM are offered with FREE domestic shipping. Most standard shipments are processed within 24 to 48 business hours and are delivered within 3 to 6 business days. You will receive a confirmation of shipment with a tracking number upon your order being shipped. Pandora's OEM will always provide a tracking number, unless there are circumstances in which a tracking number cannot be provided. IF the FREE Domestic option is chosen, Pandora's OEM reserves the right to choose the carrier and service. If there are carrier restrictions to your address, please choose an upgraded shipment method to ensure your order is delivered correctly by the specific carrier that services your area or address.
Upgraded Shipment Method:
All orders with upgraded shipment methods, i.e., USPS Priority, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Next Day, are shipped the same business day. Order must be placed before 3PM Eastern Standard Time to be shipped the same day.
INTERNATIONAL "WORLDWIDE" SHIPPING:
We offer several international shipping options. Tracking your order is preferred. Although most services offer tracking, USPS First Class Mail International does NOT include tracking. Also, delivery times can vary between 2 to 4 weeks. If in need of the part quickly, Pandora's OEM advises the customer to choose an upgraded shipment method. We cannot change the delivery option or upgrade the service once the order has been shipped. It is ultimately up to the carrier and Customs to expedite your order. Delays may occur that are out of our control once the item reaches your country's Customs facility. If you have an issue or delay, contact your local carrier with your tracking number for a quicker resolution.
International Delivery Estimates:
USPS First Class International - 8 to 20 business days
USPS Priority International - 6 to 10 business days
USPS Express International - 3 to 5 business days
UPS Standard - 3 to 7 business days (Canada Only)
Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) cannot be shipped internationally. In the event a product is purchased which cannot be shipped internationally, the Customer will be notified and refunded.
All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees and taxes vary by carrier and destination. Please check with your carrier to get an estimate of import duties and fees prior to your order.
Did you receive what you ordered?
If not, please contact us first. We do not charge any fees on items that are not as described or not as pictured. If it is our error, we will pay for all charges associated with correcting the order.

Please use eBay's Hassle-Free Returns Center. You can create a return within your order on eBay and they'll provide all the necessary instructions. You have 30 days after placing your order to return the part to us. All returns must include the original packaging. Warranty claims, exchanges, and/or refunds cannot be processed without all original materials being returned. All returns are subject to evaluation. Refunds will be credited within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the return. When we've received and processed the return, we will refund the applicable amount minus any Recovery Fees (see details below) for the amount you paid for the item(s), plus any applicable sales tax.
Basic Recovery Fee:
All returns are subject to a 20% recovery / restock fee, contingent on the item(s) being returned in the original condition.
Item(s) RETURNED without original materials:
If a part is returned missing parts or materials that were sent with the order, a refund will not be granted.
Item(s) SOLD without manufacturer packaging:
Some item(s) are sold without packaging, or are simply bubble-wrapped. Some Samsung, LG, and other parts are shipped to us without packaging from the manufacturer. If the item(s) are sold without packaging, the above will not apply to your order, contingent upon being returned in original condition. The Basic Recovery Fee will still apply.
Installed electrical parts cannot be returned. Any part that connects to an electrical circuit is considered an electrical part. Any electrical item(s) returned with scratched electrical spades will be considered installed.
If the product you are returning contains any combustible or otherwise hazardous materials, please contact your shipping carrier for instructions on how to safely package and ship the product. You are responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations regarding the proper handling, packaging, and shipment of combustible materials, hazardous materials, fragile materials, materials that may leak, or anything that may cause environmental or physical harm.
Abuse of Return Policy:
Pandora's OEM reserves the right to refuse to sell to any person for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, the abuse of its return policy.
PART NUMBER DISCLAIMER:
Manufacturers update part numbers often and without notice. Pandora's OEM will ship the most up-to-date part number per the manufacturer. If the customer receives a different part number than what was ordered, the customer should contact us to verify the part number is the correct updated part.

"Why cant you just ship the part number I ordered?"
99.9% of the time, you WILL receive the part number you ordered. However, there are instances when manufacturers identify improvements that can be made to the original part and update the part immediately to ensure the best performance from their product. When we place our orders for part numbers that have been updated, the suppliers almost always send the updated part number to our warehouse. If the part has been updated, there is a reason.
"But I liked the old part. This new part is a little different."
We understand. We get it, and I can honestly tell you since I was an appliance service technician, sometimes I wish they'd leave stuff alone. But, these engineers and manufacturers are constantly and methodically testing their appliances to ensure the maximum amount of use for the consumer. That leads to improvements, updated part numbers, and sometimes a change in installation procedure. Although this rarely happens, it DOES happen and even the most seasoned of technicians have to put on their thinking cap...compare and identify the changes and improvements...and recognize if there is any retrofitting or altered installation procedure. On most occasions, the manufacturer will provide installation instructions for updated parts...and sometimes they do not.
Please remember to reach out to us first if you have any issues or something doesn't look right. We have access to a lot of information, but we do not receive notifications on most part number updates. The manufacturer simply identifies an improvement, scraps the parts in stock, replaces those parts with a new part number and improved design. As I stated earlier, if we order a part number from 1982 that's been updated a dozen times...we will receive the most updated version and updated part number. This is a matter of safety and performance. It is the responsibility of Pandora's OEM to ensure our customers receive the best version available at the time of purchase.
